My Adderall is making me really tweaky right now, so bear with me.

Today was my first day of college. I'm deliriously pleased that the most stressful thing was finding my classes, and even then it was pretty chill. I even made a friend! Kinda! I dunno. Math is going to be painfully boring/easy, but I'll cope. So, college. So far so good. *nods*

I didn't post for New Years, mostly due to laziness. My resolution should be pretty obvious though. Maybe to lose a bit of weight as well? Just enough to lose my Freshman Fifteen, I think. Shouldn't be too hard, now that I'm not stuck in the house all day.

Fandom wise, I'm just haven't felt up to doing anything. The more I try to write Bart, the more he's coming out as a teenage girl and that's wrong, wrong, wrong. Hopefully school will wake my brain back up and I can function again.

Sorry I didn't get to talk to you yesterday. Just wanted to ask a few questions. You need to remember Grandma loves you a ton - unconditionally.

Just a few questions...

Grandma mentioned a touch screen that you saw and thought would be useful. I am not sold on touch screens - I know they are getting way better but I was looking at more conventional laptops this time round...

Let me know what you saw and I will take a look.

I am looking at the Dell Studio Laptops - go look at them on-line www.dell.com and you can get a feel for what I am considering.

More than willing to select a design other than Midnight Blue - your call. Also, I will look at your touch screen model - I am assuming you are talking about a tablet type but I will not order until I hear back from you.

Regardless, I will get MS Office (prolly Student version).

I am looking at Dell because I have good experience with them and they honor their warranties - also has lo-jack in case of lost or stolen. Good stuff.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Because the Best Buy here doesn't actually carry any touch screen laptops, so I wouldn't know exactly how they work compared to a normal laptop.

Windows Vista mentioned a lot of interesting features, but again I've never actually got to play around with one.

I'm thinking you're right and that a regular Dell laptop may be best for now. If I find I'm really jonesing for a tablet, I can always get a Wacom or something.

And after looking at the artist designs, I really like Red Swirl. It makes me think of koi fish!

I'm sorry for being so indecisive. Andy, you are the best!
